In 2008 you could buy the "Montafon Card" for 60 Euros, which entitled you to use all of the cable-cars on the Austrian side of this region for just about the whole summer and autumn. As a result I made fifteen visits from St Gallen that year, three of them to the fabulous Lünersee, a beautiful blue lake surrounded by steep mountain walls and by flora as close to a tended botanical garden as you`ll ever see in the wild.
